- The article determines the teacher’s role in the formation process of a preschooler’s creatively directed personality in the out-of-school educational establishment. The teacher’s activity in the out-of-school educational establishment differs in conscious usage of personal potential and creative influence on environment according to own values, desires, changes that take place around. An educator in the out-of-school educational establishment is considered in the article as a creative personality who is being in constant original search and self-development and has a multicomponent structure. The author determines the component structure of creative potential of a teacher’s personality. The next structural components of teacher’s creative potential in the out-of-school educational establishment have been chosen: motivational; cognitive; personal; affective; proactive; axiological. The basic central formation in a componential structure of creative potential of a teacher’s personality is mental core. The developed componential structure is realized in educational environment of an out-of-school establishment and experiences spontaneous and purposeful influences of socio-cultural environment.
