[Abstract = %22Purpose%3A The objective of this study is to analyze and compare the effectiveness of the total body resistance exercise %E2%80%93 ascending%2C descending and constant load%2C in increasing strength%2C power%2C and stability. Methodology%3A The quantitative method with quasi-experimental design techniques was used in the study. Results%3A The results showed that%3A 1%29 in the ascending group%2C leg muscle strength had the highest percentage compared to other variables for 22%25%2C while leg muscle power had the lowest score for 12%25%3B 2%29 in the descending group%2C arm muscle strength had the highest score for 36%25 compared to other variables while the leg muscle power had the lowest score for 16%25%3B3%29 in the constant load group%2C arm muscle strength increased for 15%25%2C leg muscle strength for 14%25%2C arm muscle power for 12%25%2C leg muscle power and stability for 8%25%2C and body balance for 35%25. Conclusion%3A There was significant effectiveness among the ascending%2C descending%2C and constant load groups in terms of increasing strength%2C power%2C and stability. The descending and constant load group had a greater or more effective impact on increasing arm muscle strength than the ascending group.%22]
